Terms and conditions

• The awards are organised by the Energy Saving Trust (with funding from the Department for Transport) in partnership with the Guardian and support from CBI and is applicable to England only
• All entries must be received by Monday 24th August 2009.
• All applicants must operate a fleet of 25 or more cars and vans under 3.5 tonnes (including “Grey Fleet” - privately owned vehicles used for business)
• Where organisations are applying in more than one category, an explanation must be provided for each category.
